Kuwait Re-Elected As Vice-Pres. Of Arab Federation For Sports For All

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, July 7 (KUNA) -- Haya Al-Dahham, Acting Deputy Director General of the Public Authority for Sport for the "Sports for All" Sector, has been re-elected as Vice President of the Arab Federation for Sports for All representing Asia.
This came during elections held by the Federation's General Assembly in Cairo.
Al-Dahham told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Monday that the elections were held last week with the participation of member states, resulting in her re-election to the position.
Haya Al-Dahham expressed her gratitude for being re-elected, considering it a proud achievement for Kuwait.
She thanked Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi and Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Sport Bashar Abdullah for their support during the elections.
Al-Dahham stressed that community sports is a health necessity, not a luxury, and pledged to continue working to strengthen Arab cooperation and advance the Federation's goals. (end)
