
Russia Intending To Build Seaport, Railway In Occupied Crimea With China's Help - Ukraine Intel
According to the FISU, during the last meeting, Aksyonov stated preliminary agreements had been reached regarding the following facilities:
- Kerch seaport (actively used for shadow exports);
- infrastructure at Lake Donuzlav (where the Russian Navy base is located).

Among them is China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), which is one of the largest actors in railway and highway construction.
The total amount of capital is estimated at US$10 billion, the Foreign Intelligence Service noted.
