India's Night Assault Foiled: Pakistan Downs 25 Israeli-Made Drones, Strikes Back Hard
However, the Pakistani armed forces responded swiftly and decisively, thwarting the aggression and shooting down all incoming drones.
According to the DG ISPR, India deployed 25 Israeli-made Harop drones near Lahore, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, Attock, Bahawalpur, Chhor, Mianu, Gujranwala, and Karachi.
The drones were intercepted and destroyed using a combination of soft-kill and hard-kill countermeasures. Debris from the downed drones has been recovered from the affected areas.
The military spokesperson reported that four Pakistani army officers were injured in Lahore, while a civilian lost his life in the Mianu area of Sindh.

Apart from these incidents, no further casualties were reported, and all hostile drones were neutralized before causing widespread damage.
General Chaudhry condemned India's actions on the nights of May 6 and 7, stating that India suffered significant losses in retaliation for its miscalculated offensive. "India is dangerously close to abandoning all paths of wisdom," he said, adding that Pakistan's response was immediate and overwhelming.
He stressed that India's reckless aggression not only threatens regional peace but endangers global stability. "The world is watching. Pakistan is not only determined to confront this hostility but is fully capable of doing so," he asserted.
It is worth noting that in an earlier attack between May 6 and 7, India targeted civilian areas in Azad Kashmir, Muridke, and Shakargarh, resulting in the martyrdom of 31 Pakistani civilians and injuries to 57 others.
Pakistan retaliated by destroying five Indian aircraft, including three Rafale jets, and multiple military check posts in Indian-occupied Kashmir.
