
Record Number Of Citizens Speaking Ukrainian Language Ombudsman
State Language Protection Commissioner Taras Kremin reported this in an interview with Ukrinform .
“Today, according to many studies, we are seeing a record number of citizens who speak Ukrainian both in official communication and in everyday life, both within Ukraine and abroad,” said Kremin.
He emphasized that the full-scale invasion has shown that Ukrainians' rejection of the Russian language is not just a linguistic choice, but a deeply rooted decision - a rejection of the language of the aggressor country.
