Over the past 24 hours, a number of vessels passed through the Kerch Strait in Russia's interest: two to the Black Sea, and 12 – to the Sea of Azov, of which five had come from the Bosphorus Strait.

Meanwhile, the Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS), as their vessels switch off automatic identification systems, the report concludes.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Kremlin said an agreement on safe navigation in the Black Sea will only take effect once certain sanctions on Russia are lifted.
