Kuwait Min. Of Social Affairs: Debtors' Campaign Reflects Humanitarian Legacy

KUWAIT, March 27 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Family and Childhood Affairs Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila affirmed Thursday that Kuwait has always crafted historic humanitarian milestones.
In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the minister highlighted that the generosity demonstrated by the Kuwaiti people in the National Campaign for Insolvent Debtors is yet another shining chapter in the nation's record of benevolence and solidarity.
Al-Huwaila expressed pride and gratitude toward all individuals, institutions, and charitable societies who have contributed to this national initiative, affirming that their compassionate spirit embodies the true values and humanitarian responsibility deeply rooted in Kuwaiti society.
The minister pointed out that the national campaign continues until April 14, providing an ongoing opportunity for everyone to participate in this noble humanitarian endeavor, urging the community to seize this chance to bring smiles, alleviate hardships, support insolvent debtors, and help restore stability and hope to their families.
She underlined that the directives of Kuwaitآ's wise leadership and the deeply embedded humanitarian spirit among Kuwaitis have served as the key driving force behind the campaignآ's success.
She emphasized that every contribution today is a seed of goodness whose fruits will be harvested by society tomorrow. The minister further cited the noble words of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Allah supports His servant as long as the servant is supportive of his brother."
Al-Huwaila concluded her statement by asserting, "This humanitarian initiative embraced by Kuwaitis will remain an eternal testament to their noble ethics and sincere compassion.
