Chainbase Integrates Walrus Protocol To Power Decentralized Data Storage And Availability

(MENAFN- Chainwire) Palo Alto, USA, CA, March 18th, 2025, Chainwire

Chainbase , the largest omnichain data network for AI, today announced that it has chosen Walrus, a decentralized storage protocol developed by Mysten Labs, to store the raw data of 220-plus blockchains and Chainbase's entire 300 terabyte dataset. By integrating Walrus into its blockchain data streaming framework,

Chainbase's dual-chain architecture enhances programmability, security, and efficiency to enable seamless multi-chain data access. Manuscript connects various data, services, and users across the Chainbase ecosystem, seamlessly integrating onchain and offchain data into target data storage, and providing developers with flexible interfaces to customize data processing workflows along with access to verified blockchain data that is reliable and tamper-proof.

Walrus-stored raw data will be directly accessible to Manuscript for decentralized processing. The partnership will also enhance blockchain data accessibility and efficiency by reducing storage costs through Walrus' advanced encoding. And Walrus's data availability proofs – powered by Sui's smart contract integration – will allow Manuscript to verify data integrity, enhancing overall transparency and security.

Walrus Mainnet is expected to launch later this month.
