Hamas Announces Names Of Three Israeli Prisoners To Be Released Tomorrow, Feb 8

Gaza: Hamas movement announced that it has decided to release three Israeli prisoners tomorrow, Saturday, as part of the exchange deal signed with the Israeli entity.

The Movement said in a statement: "As part of the prisoner exchange deal, Hamas has decided to release three Israeli prisoners tomorrow, Saturday," revealing their names.

For its part, the Prisoners' Information Office stated that, after the Palestinian resistance hands over the names of the detainees, the three prisoners will be released as part of the first phase of the exchange deal for 18 Palestinian prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment, 54 prisoners with high sentences, and 111 prisoners from the Gaza Strip who were arrested after October 7, 2023.

It is expected that the list of names of the Palestinian prisoners to be released from the Israeli occupation prisons will be announced on Saturday after the release of the three Israelis.

Hamas' announcement of the names of the three Israeli prisoners expected to be released on Saturday, comes as part of the 5th batch of the first phase of the ongoing exchange process between Hamas and the Israeli entity within the framework of the ceasefire agreement.

The ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli entity entered into force on January 19, and according to it, the bloody war waged by the Israeli occupation army on the Gaza Strip for 16 months has stopped.
