President Met With Commanders Of Unmanned Systems Units

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) President Volodymyr Zelensky met with the commanders of unmanned systems units.

He announced this in an evening video addres , Ukrinform reports.

“Drones are the technological basis of modern warfare. Ukrainians should be a leader in this area. And we are already doing so in many ways. Today we met with the commanders of unmanned systems units. They are among the best, and the experience of all our best will be scaled up. These are the people who are writing a new doctrine of technological defense for Ukraine,” the President noted.

He emphasized that the government will spare no expense on drones , as they save lives.

“Decisions have been made, drones are being manufactured and supplied, and the importance of drones should be to make Russian assaults more and more impossible. The Ukrainian state will not spare resources for this, because it is about saving the lives of our people,” Zelensky added.

In an interview with Ukrinform , First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk said that Ukraine currently outnumbers the enemy in terms of FPV drone production.
