Qatar Takes Part In Permanent Arab Committee For Human Rights Session
Kuwait: Qatar has participated yesterday in the 55th ordinary session of the Permanent Arab Committee for Human Rights of the League of Arab States, currently held in Kuwait.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Ambassador H E sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah opened the session. Acting Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Human Rights Department Sara Abdullah Al Saadi is representing Qatar.
The agenda included ways to combat Israeli violations and racist practices in the occupied Arab territories and address the dilemma of Arab prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons and the bodies of Palestinian and Arab martyrs withheld by the Israeli occupation authorities in the so-called Cemeteries of Numbers.
