KUWAIT, Dec 10 (KUNA) -- The head of the Kuwait Fire Force (KFF), Major General Talal Al-Roumi announced Tuesday that the force would continue its inspection operations across the country to monitor violations, expired licenses, unlicensed buildings, and improper storage.
Speaking to KUNA, Al-Roumi said today's operation, which took place in the Shuwaikh Industrial area, involved 45 firefighters who were deployed throughout the area to identify violations and close unsafe locations, including premises, warehouses, and stores.
These daily inspections across Kuwait will ensure compliance with safety and fire regulations, focusing on improper storage, unlicensed premises, and neglected equipment, he mentioned.
He urged property owners and tenants to ensure that any building or property they plan to lease or rent has a valid fire license and meets all fire safety standards. (end)
