Azerbaijan Keeps On Building Social Items In Its Aghdam


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 15. The project of a building for 960 pupils is being developed for secondary school No. 2 of Aghdam City, Head of the general department of the Construction and supply Department of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan Tural Khatamkhanov said at the Caspian Construction Week, Trend reports.

He noted that the development of Aghdam's No. 1 nursery kindergarten is ongoing.

“Works also continue on the construction of schools in the villages of Sarijali, Kengerli, and Khidirli. In addition, the issue of continuous employment is important. Negotiations with employers and large companies are underway in this regard. A vocational education center will be established in Aghdam. Currently, design and estimate documentation is being prepared, and the process will be completed by the end of the year. Our goal is to create educational institutions meeting the most modern standards,” he said.

To note, the Caspian Construction Week, which is an important event in the construction sector of the region, is being held at the Baku Expo Center from October 15 through 17. Caspian Construction Week unites various construction companies from several countries of the world on a single platform. At present, more than 380 companies from 22 countries are represented at the exhibitions held as part of the Caspian Construction Week.
