GCC Statistical Center Promotes Joint Work -- Sec. Gen.

MUSCAT, July 3 (KUNA) -- Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Al-Budaiwi commended the significant and exceptional role of the council's Statistical Center in conducting a variety of research and studies, and promoting joint Gulf work.
In a press briefing during his visit to the center's headquarters, Al-Budaiwi stated that Gulf States rely heavily on Statistical Center outputs as they contribute positively to decision-making process when analyzing and examining findings.
The center's objectives, comprehensiveness of its reports and data offer noteworthy support to current and future Gulf projects.
He took the time to praise the center's chief, Intisar Al-Wahaibi, and all center employees for their remarkable work and continuous efforts. (end)
