Visa Recognises QIIB For 'Excellence In Corporate Payment Solutions

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Visa has acknowledged QIIB for 'Excellence in Corporate Payment Solutions' for 2024, citing its leadership in corporate payment solutions and being the first bank in Qatar to introduce a Visa debit card specifically for SMEs.
The Visa card offers advanced and convenient payment solutions with unique advantages, providing added value to customers.
QIIB head (Business Development) Khaled Abdul Rahman al-Shaibei received the award from Osama Eid, Visa's head of financial Institutions in Qatar, during a ceremony held at QIIB's headquarters.
The event was attended by Shihabudhin Ahmed, head (Cards Business and Digital Payments) at QIIB, and Adel Salama, Business Development manager for Qatar, Visa.
Al-Shaibei said:“We thank Visa for granting us the 'Excellence Award' in payment solutions for businesses. We truly appreciate their recognition and impressive interest in highlighting our achievement as the first bank in Qatar to issue the Visa debit card to SMEs."
