Scheduled Blackouts Across Ukraine Cancelled Until 15:00

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The national power grid operator Ukrenergo has revised electricity consumption caps set up for Tuesday.

That's according to the company press service , Ukrinform reports.

On Tuesday, June 18, hourly power outage schedules will apply only from 15:00 to midnight, the update reads.

Therefore the earlier scheduled outages have been recalled from 10:00 to 15:00.

It is noted that the reason is the active operation of solar power plants. From 15:00 to 24:00, consumption will be limited in line with the caps set up by regional electricity distributors.

As reported, rolling blackouts were initially scheduled across Ukraine throughout the entire day on Tuesday.
