Qatar-Based Businessman Announces Rs 2 Lakh For Families Of Kuwait Disaster

Doha, Qatar: JK Menon expressed deep sorrow over the lives lost in the disaster in Kuwait, stating that the memory of those who perished continues to bring tears to their families. He emphasised that those who died were our brothers and that it is our responsibility to support their families.

In a statement at the Loka Kerala Sabha, J K Menon, Chairman of ABN Group and Director of NORKA, announced that financial assistance of 2 lakh Rupees will be provided to the families of those who died in the Kuwait disaster. He also mentioned that dependents of the deceased will be offered jobs in companies under the ABN Group.

The financial assistance will be provided through NORKA Roots.

J K Menon is the son of Padma Shri Adv. C K Menon. After the demise of C K Menon, J K Menon took over the responsibilities of various business groups of ABN Corporation.

The central and state governments are intervening swiftly to provide aid to the victims of the Kuwait disaster. J K Menon stated that it is his duty to support such interventions. He also added that he is committed to supporting efforts to protect the families of the deceased during this difficult time.
