France's Provocations Not To Remain Unanswered - Azerbaijani MFA

France mustacknowledge that its campaign against Azerbaijan, along withdisrespectful statements and provocations, will face consequences,Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aykhan Hajizadasaid, answering the question of local media about France's callingAzerbaijan a "dictatorship", Trend reports.

"The French side not only refuses to apologize for itsirresponsible and unacceptable statements but has also intensifiedits smear campaign against Azerbaijan in Le Point and other similarFrench media outlets. France's campaign against Azerbaijan, cloakedin the guise of 'democracy,' is merely an attempt to conceal theshortcomings of its foreign policy," the spokesperson remarked.

He underscored that France's activities, including its endeavorsto impart a "lesson in democracy" to the world, are widelyrecognized, encompassing international transgressions, neo-colonialpolicies, racism, discrimination, Islamophobia, and human rightsrestrictions.

"Hence, before labeling Azerbaijan as a 'dictatorship,' Franceshould reflect on its own actions. The French side must realizethat its campaign against our country, coupled with its offensivestatements and provocations, will not go unchallenged," Hajizadaconcluded.
