Weber Shandwick Expands Uae Leadership Role

(MENAFN- PRovoke) DUBAI - Weber Shandwick MENAT has promoted Ghaleb Zeidan to the newly-created role of regional managing director for UAE, culture, learning and development, and partnership.

Zeidan (pictured) joined Weber Shandwick in 2010 and has helmed the agency's operations, overseeing its offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, for the past five years.

In addition to his existing leadership remit, Zeidan will take on wider responsibilities within Weber Shandwick's Middle East offices, focused on three areas: the continued development of agency culture; amplifying the skills and knowledge within the network through effective training, and exploring strategic collaborations to drive more value.

Weber Shandwick MENAT regional CEO Ziad Hasbani said:“Ghaleb has demonstrated impressive ability and passion in the decade or more I've known him. This is a well-deserved next step in which I know
he will thrive by collaborating closely with the regional office leads and teams to grow the strength of our culture, the effectiveness of our learning, and the value of our partnerships.”

Zeidan added:“As regional MD, I am excited to take Weber Shandwick MENAT's progress to the next level. I am grateful for the exceptional support of incredible teams that were instrumental in our agency reaching many new milestones.”

Beyond UAE, Weber Shandwick MENAT has operations in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, as well as a presence in Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco.
