German pastor quotes liberal catchphrase ‘God is queer’ in his speech

(MENAFN) A German minister has been ridiculed and criticized for giving a sermon full of liberal sayings, such as the proclamation that the Christian god is “queer.” In the meantime, highest numbers of Germans are leaving the church.

Talking to attendees of the Evangelical Church Congress in Nuremberg on Sunday, Minister Quinton Caesar announced that “now is the time to say” that “black lives always matter,” that “God is queer,” and that migrants need to be greeted in Europe, amid other liberal assertions.

While his address was met with an enthusiastic applause by the listeners, Christians online were confused.

American Christian author Michael Sebastian depicted Caesar’s address as a “succinct description of all key points of the Regime religion.”

Conservative author Auron MacIntyre charged progressives like Caesar of “hollow[ing] out your religion and wear[ing] its skin like a trophy,” while other remarks depicted the sermon as “disgusting,” “heretical,” as well as “Satanic.”
