Thamer Arab Wins Outstanding Leadership Performance Award for CEOs in the Middle East for 2023

(MENAFN- DHAMAN) Mr. Thamer Arab, CEO of Health Assurance Hospitals Company (DHAMAN), has been awarded the CEO Today Middle East Award for 2023 in Kuwait, alongside a group of outstanding executives, in recognition of their remarkable achievements and leadership performance in managing their companies within the Middle East region.
This award celebrates exceptional leadership and recognizes the achievements of executives who have shown exceptional strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and transformative impact within their organizations and industries, including Mr. Thamer Arab. Since joining DHAMAN as the CEO of the company in October 2021, Mr. Thamer has demonstrated outstanding performance, particularly in driving growth and supporting positive changes in the company network.

He stressed that DHAMAN is a promising project that represents a partnership between the Government and the private sector, established with the Government's vision to involve the private sector in its implementation on the ground, in line with the Amiri Directives.

These exceptional leaders have overcome challenges and set new benchmarks for success in their respective fields.
During his 27-year career, Mr. Thamer Arab has held leadership positions and served on the boards of directors of major institutions. He has achieved tangible accomplishments in the banking, insurance, aviation, and health sectors. Mr. Arab holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University and has completed numerous specialized training programs in leadership, strategy, economics, and operations.
