TAWAL and Ericsson extend partnership to deliver sustainable and efficient telecom infrastructure in Saudi Arabia
(MENAFN- Weber Shandwick) TAWAL has announced the extension of its managed services partnership with Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC). Under the renewed partnership, Ericsson will provide TAWAL with end-to-end operations management of its assets with high-quality standards and visibility for approximately 16,000 sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
TAWAL and Ericsson’s longstanding partnership will continue to provide uninterrupted infrastructure services to TAWAL’s consumers with a high percentage of network availability. As part of the modernization solutions, TAWAL and Ericsson will work together to upgrade the sites for enhanced efficiency which will contribute towards TAWAL’s sustainability goal of increasing energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The partnership will also provide TAWAL with an enhanced automation scope and additional capabilities to run operations including services and energy modernization solutions.
