(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, March 11, 2023, SPA -- Grand Mufti of Mauritania Sheikh Ahmed Ould Murabit, affirmed that the 300,000 copies of the Holy Quran gifted from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, are a gift not only to Mauritania or West African countries but rather a gift to all world Muslims and came at the right time for the Mauritanian people.
The Grand Mufti's remarks were made in a press statement after receiving the gift of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, amounting to 300,000 copies of the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran, which the Ministry of Islamic Affairs began delivering to its counterpart yesterday in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott.
Sheikh Ould Murabit expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for their great efforts to serve Islam and Muslims around the world.
