Al Wakrah's South Bazaar Sets To Attract Over 12,000 From Across The Region

Doha: South Bazaar (Bazaar Al Janoob) kicked off in Qatar last month at Al Wakrah Central Market. Bazaar Al Janoob is the first popular market in the Doha and Al Wakrah area.

The bazaar contains a series of fun and entertainment activities and events organized by the management of the South Bazaar. It is the first of its kind in the State of Qatar, and It will continue throughout the year, to provide families with an incentive and an invitation to visit Shopping & Entertainment activities.

The management of South Bazaar stresses that the development of internal local popular markets in Qatar is as important as various other activities and investments.

Building a strong domestic tourism base is an essential element of any sustainable national marketing and tourism strategy, as relying on domestic tourism has become a goal that Qatari and international businessmen and companies aspire to, especially in light of the great reputation that Qatar has achieved by hosting the World Cup.
