Iran prepares to display products in exclusive expo hosted in Basra


(MENAFN) Iran is going to host a limited exhibition of its outputs in Basra throughout November 30-Decemebr 9.

This exhibition is prepared with the official authorization of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) and in collaboration with ITOC (Iran Trade Promotion Organization Cooperative Company).

Previous this month, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) declared that Iran has shipped non-oil outputs worth USD2.398 billion to Iraq in the opening four months of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-July 22).

According to the IRICA figures, Iraq was Iran’s second highest shipment destination in the four-month span of time.

The worth of Iran’s shipment to Iraq surged 20 percent throughout the last Iranian calendar year 1400 (ended on March 20) against the prior year.

As mentioned in reports, Iran shipped USD8.916 billion value of commodities to its boarding country in the stated year, placing Iraq as the Islamic Republic’s second-largest exchange partner.
