BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 28. The new council is
being created between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports.
Bill was discussed on the approval of the memorandum 'On the
establishment of the Interstate Council of Azerbaijan and
Kyrgyzstan' at an extraordinary meeting of the Azerbaijani
Parliament (Milli Majlis).
The bill was put to a vote and passed.
