The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' message was delivered by the Saudi Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman Abdullah Saud Al-Enezi to Oman Minister of Foreign Affairs Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi.
