Jordan - Chilly weather forecast throughout next week

Amman, Dec. 25 (Petra) -- Following a wet week, the Kingdom is expected to have much calmer skies over the next several days. Cooler days are ahead, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department, with daytime temperatures remaining around 11 degrees Celsius in the highlands.
Overnight temperatures may dip as low as 1 in some parts of the Kingdom. Frost formation is also forecast in the Badia and the highlands. No rain is expected until the end of the year at least.
In the Gulf of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley, it will be much warmer with the highs around 19 degrees dropping to 9 at night.
