Erdogan states Turkey, Qatar ties to grow stronger in upcoming years
(MENAFN) According to the Turkish president statement on Tuesday when he visited Qatar, ties between his country and the gulf nation are going to grow deeper in the upcoming years.
Erdogan stated while speaking at the Qatar-Turkey Joint Force Command in Doha, that the peace and security of the whole Gulf area are very significant to the two countries.
He mentioned, “we never want to see tension, conflict, or hostility in these lands,” and “we wish that this beautiful region, which has a great potential both in terms of underground resources and commercially, to come to the fore with fellowship and solidarity, and to become stronger in every area.”
The president said that his nation is exerting efforts to enhance collaboration with all Gulf countries based on shared interests and respect.
