Division G of District 116, Qatar of Toastmasters International, conducted its sixth TLI training session recently. The training had three segments. The first one on the role of chief judges and judging criteria was conducted by Pavithra Philip. The second segment on how to conduct online contests was handled by Shyam Sundar. The session on how to conduct in-person meetings was by Venkatesan K. The online event was attended by many toastmasters from District 116 and the world over. District programme quality director Rajesh V C, past district director Thayalan K, Division G director Alar Mel Mangai, attended. TLI chair Nalini GP Mathur was the anchor. The Q & A session was moderated by Division G administration manager Bindu Pillai. Toastmasters International is a not for profit organisation focusing on developing the communication and leadership skills of its members.
