(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Dukhan Bank has announced the names of the most recent round of draw winners for Thara'a, its Shariah-compliant savings account, at the bank's headquarters.
Abdul Essa and Mohamed Saheb each won a cash prize of QR10,000, the bank said in a statement.
A cash prize worth QR5,000 was awarded 42 others: Ibrahim Sedaqat, Mahmoud Asran, Shaikha al-Mass, Omar Ghadawi, Malik Mendoza, Bibibakhiyar Mahoudinowdaz, Ali al-Tamimi, Hesham Elghannam, Alaa Hammad, Zeyad Elarir, Abdulla al-Mohammadi, Adel al-Azazi, Ibrahim Qusad, Saoud Alrewaily, Elasyed Salem, Khaled Aldakhin, Mohamed Alnaimi, Housine Karmous, Maysaa al-Mulla, Fahid Al-Khaldi, Amal al-Haddad, Dijin Kumar, Seham Balawni, Fadi Madi, Ali Salatt, Shaikha al-Saai, Ahmad Mohamed, Shaymaa Mohamed, Hassan al-Malki, Salman Murikkinkadan, Mohamed al-Kuwari, Salwa Sakr, Mazhar Taha, Mariam Riad, Thibault Martinez, Neetu Mehta, Shahad Faisal al-Malki, Sharefa Almansoori, Rabie Khaldi, Mohd Alsayed, Mohamed Reyad Mohamed, and Khalid Alkubaisi.
The draw was conducted under the supervision of a representative of the qualitative licence and market control department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
On a monthly basis, there are 42 winners per draw for the cash prize of QR5,000 each, and two winners per draw for the cash prize of QR10,000.
Additionally, each quarter there are two winners per draw for the cash prize of QR25,000 each, two winners per draw for the cash prize of QR50,000 each, and yearly there is one winner of the grand prize of QR1mn, rewarding 365 winners in total with cash prizes up to QR3.29mn.
Coupled with cash prizes and a reward scheme, Thara'a is a product full of value-added benefits and services, the statement notes.
