São Paulo – Halal certifier SIILHalal and consulting firm Najmma of Brazil have partnered up to broaden their range of halal services to industrial businesses. Najmma is accredited to provide assistance and training regarding halal to businesses targeting Asia and the Gulf, according to information made available by SIILHalal.
'We are companies with complementary expertise. SIILHalal will keep working on certification, while Najmma will provide advisory wherever needed,' SIILHalal CEO Chaiboun Darwiche (pictured) was quoted as saying in a press release.
According to him, in order to venture into the halal market, businesses need specific training so that professionals in all departments involved with halal operations are able to observe international regulations.
