49 more COVID-19 cases reported in Palestine


(MENAFN) The combined figure of patients who have been diagnosed with the COVID-19 in Palestine has amounted to 1,028, as 49 more cases were reported over the past 24 hours ending on Monday in the West Bank, the country's Health Ministry revealed in a statement.

As for prefecture, 46 of the recent infections were reported from the southern West Bank city of Hebron, with the district's total figure of positive COVID-19 cases jumping to 401. including 76 cured patients, according to the ministerial statement.

It added that the remaining cases were recorded in the northern West Bank's Nablus and Tulkarem regions.

All of the cases are said to be in a stable condition except for one case from Hebron that was held under intensive medical surveillance in ICU.
