Kuwait- Instant Civil IDs For Expats
(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 30: Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) is currently planning to open an office to issue instant civil ID cards to expatriates, especially as the service is already available for citizens, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily quoting reliable sources pointed out that the intended service will allow the applicant to pay fees and insert telephone number, the Latin name and blood type, in addition to civil ID renewal.
In a recent tour of the PACI Headquarters, the daily noticed that crowds normally witnessed at the Civil ID delivery machines have reduced drastically and the situation is back to normal
