Turkish forces neutralize 7 terrorists in Siirt, Mardin
(MENAFN) On Saturday, the Turkish Interior Ministry stated that Turkish security forces neutralized seven terrorists in Siirt and Mardin provinces.
The ministry affirmed in a statement that police and the Gendarmerie - a paramilitary police force in Turkey - conducted an anti-terrror operation in Siirt and Mardin's rural areas.
The ministry emphasized that security forces managed to neutralize five terrorists in Siirt's Eruh district.
It added that in Mardin's Derik district two terrorists were also neutralized.
