
Oman- State Council session to discuss draft laws in the sultanate
The State Council will hold its 13th Regular Session on Wednesday, chaired by H E Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, chairman of the council, in the presence of the members and the secretary general of the council.
The agenda of the session includes an opening speech by the chairman and the discussions will focus on the report of the joint committee between the State Council and Majlis A'Shura on the articles that bear differences pertaining to the draft laws of 'Bankruptcy', 'Foreign capital investment', 'Privatisation' and 'Public and private sectors'.
The council will also discuss the study of the Legal Committee on 'Review of the land laws in the Sultanate'.
