The US News and World Report's travel section lists their top ten destinations for spring break 2019 as:

6. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
7. Puerto Rico
8. Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

With parties and events being planned all over the Caribbean in the hopes of a good spring break season, Cancun is going all-out on the calendar as every day is from the March 1, right into early April is booked with events from the Glow Parties at Senor Frog's, to the CunCrawl and organised Club Crawl around Cancun, Disco Parties and Bikini and Beach Bashes that are too many to mention. Cancun appears ready to show spring Breakers why they are the top destination.
