Oman- Three arrested for drifting in Khabourah
(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The ROP has announced that it arrested three citizens for performing drifting stunts in the wilayat of Khabourah in North Batinah.
An ROP officer said that officials from the North Batinah Police Command arrested the accused.'They have confessed to the charges against them.'
The official said that motorists, especially youth have been advised not to indulge in driving stunts in unauthorised areas.The ROP calls on all citizens and residents to cooperate with various police stations to reduce this phenomenon which is a cause of accidents.
