Texas: anger after suspected rapist freed

(MENAFN) A woman who saw the man she indicted of repeatedly raping her released out a Texas court, declared that she was disappointed with the justice system.

Jacob Walter Anderson, aged 24, faced charges of sexual abuse after allegedly raping the woman at a fraternity party two years ago.

However, after approving a plea deal on a lesser charge, the previous student of Baylor University was handed three years' deferred probation.

The woman confronted the judge in a Waco courtroom after he accepted the deal expressing: "I am devastated by your decision to let my rapist Jacob Walter Anderson go free without any punishment."
