Oman's refinery assures good fuel quality
(MENAFN) Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (Orpic) guaranteed people in the governorates of North Al-Batinah and Al-Buraimi that they receive a good quality of fuel.
The statement has been made by Orpic response to claims spread across the social media on a bad fuel quality seen within these governorates.
The company stated "Orpicgroup has observed a number of queries concerning fuel quality supplied to some fuel stations particularly in North Al-Batinah and Al-Buraimi governorates."
The company then affirmed that it "is committed to supplying the local demand of fuel in Oman through its refineries in Mina Al Fahal and Sohar as well as its logistic network in Sohar, Al Jafnayn and Raysut."
It added "Orpic reassures the public that all its petroleum products are supplied to all marketing companies with the same quality as per the approved measures and specifications in the Sultanate of Oman."
