Oman- Ladies Tennis Tournament held at InterContinental Muscat
(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The Palm Beach Tennis Club at InterContinental Muscat hosted the bi-annual Ladies Tennis Tournament against Ras al Hamra Tennis Club (PDO).
Thierry Perrot, regionalgeneral manager - InterContinental Hotels Group Oman, PDO ladies, Palm Beach Club members, Said al Maskery, recreation manager, and Brendan van der Weide, director of Tennis - InterContinental Muscat, Peter Burwash International, were present.
It proved to be a tightly contested event with the result coming down to the final match.PDO proved too strong in the end and walked away victorious, having won by nine matches to seven.
Following more than five hours of tennis on court, both teams shared an enjoyable lunch together at Tomato Restaurant.All in all, it was a very well organised and well enjoyed event.
