60 ISIS militants killed in Northern Iraq
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Baghdad: An Iraqi security source said that 60 ISIS militants were killed and others captured - in a wide-ranging security operation in Iraqi northern Kirkuk province.
The source said that Iraqi military forces made great achievements as they killed 60 ISIS members and arrested 58 others, stressing that operation will continue to capture ISIS fugitives.
Iraqi forces began the operation on Thursday to capture and prosecute ISIS elements and "sleeper cells" in areas south and west of Kirkuk.
