Qatar's telecom sector complaints up 13 percent
(MENAFN) Qatar's telecom sector viewed almost 13 percent increase in consumer complaints last year, which received 1,135 complaints in 2015.
Accordingly, complaints increased due to the growth of people coming in Qatar, which means that consumers are becoming more aware about their rights.
The Consumer Affairs Department (CRA) is hosting consumer awareness booth at City Center mall to help people understand their consumer rights.
Additionally, the booth is offering fun activities for the whole family like children's corner, interactive information and a complaint wall featuring many methods.
