UAE's RAK Properties, Al Tameer sign contract
(MENAFN) UAE's RAK Properties said announced it has awarded a contract for Al Tameer Group for the construction of its residential project Bermuda Villas in Ras Al Khaimah, Gulf News reported.
Under the terms of the agreement, Al Tameer group is expected to build a total of 157 three- to six-bedroom villas and town houses, with construction work expected to begin this month.
RAK Properties said that the housing project is part of the company's flagship master development it is currently undertaking, named Mina Al Arab.
