Saudi- High Arab Institute for Translation in Algeria, King Faisal Prize, Sign MOU

Algiers, Dhu-AlQa'dah 09, 1439, July 22, 2018, SPA -- Algiers-based High Arab Institute for Translation and Riyadh-based King Faisal Prize signed here today a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of translation and exchange of experiences.
Secretary General of the King Faisal International Prize Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Sebail said that the first work of the memorandum will be translating a book about the Crusades from the point of view of an English orientalist who is a winner of the King Faisal Prize.
Director of the Arab High Institute for Translation Ina'am Bioud said that the memorandum of understanding and cooperation comes within the framework of the expansion of the institute's work with King Faisal Prize foundation in the fields of translation, exchange of lecturers and cultural activities.
She pointed out that the MOU will allow the institute to translate the foreign-language works of King Faisal Prize' winners into Arabic.
