Syria: 75 terrorists killed in Idlib last month


(MENAFN) The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights said 75 terrorists have been killed in Idlib city and its surrounding areas over the past one month.

It said the terrorists killed belonged to Tahrir al-Sham, Faylaq al-Sham, Jibhat al-Tahrir and Jeish al-Izzah terrorist groups.

In the same period, 13 foreign terrorists were killed in direct bomb attacks, mine blasts or shot dead by unknown armed assailants, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported from Damascus.

Meanwhile, Forty four Syrian civilians lost their lives in terrorist attacks in the city of Idlib and its suburbs, the report said.

Idlib, the capital of a province with the same name is located in northwest Syria near border with Turkey. The province except two of its towns has been under occupation of terrorist groups since March 28, 2015.
