Yemen: 5 killed, 20 wounded in Marib city

(MENAFN) At least five people were killed and 20 wounded by a Houthi missile launched at the Yemeni city of Marib, security and medical sources told Reuters on Tuesday.

Saudi-owned broadcaster Al Arabiya reported earlier that a Houthi Katyusha missile targeted a residential neighborhood in city center of Marib, which falls under control of the government of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

A Saudi-led coalition intervened in neighboring Yemen in 2015 against Iran-aligned Houthis, who had ousted the internationally recognized government of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi. The civil war has killed an estimated 10,000 people.
