Kuwait oil price falls to USD 68.90 pb


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, April 24 (KUNA) -- Price of Kuwaiti oil went down by two cents to USD 68.90 per barrel Monday after it was at USD 68.92 pb on Friday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.
On global markets, oil prices rose yesterday as investors feared forecast US sanctions could curb Iranian crude production and US crude inventories.
Price of the Brent crude went up by 65 cents to USD 74.71 per barrel. Likewise, West Texas Intermediate went up by 24 cents to USD 68.64 pb. (end) osj.nhq
