(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Heavy congestion was reported on Sheikh Zayed Road towards Dubai on Monday morning, Dubai Police said.
Dubai Police reported an accident through their official Twitter handle. "A stalled vehicle is slowing traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite of Audi showroom towards Dubai, Please be extra cautious and take alternative ways," the tweet read.
According to Google Maps, an accident was reported on E66 Dubai-Al Ain Road near Silicon Oasis towards Abu Dhabi, causing added congestion to rush-hour traffic in the area.
There is also heavy traffic on the roads headed from Al Nahda andAl Wadha street heading into Dubai.
