Saudi- CSC Secretary General meets Latvia's State Secretary for Foreign Affairs

Riyadh, 03 Rabi'II,1439 AH, 21 December,2017 , SPA -- General Secretary of the Council of Saudi Champers (CSC) Dr. Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Meshari received here yesterday Latvian State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Andrejs Pildegovics and discussed available investment opportunities between the two countries.
The State Secretary for Foreign Affairs assured his country's keenness to attract Saudi investments, highlighting the incentives and business opportunities in various fields.
He expressed hope for the upcoming period to see more cooperation and sign agreements to enhance the investment movement between the two countries.
For his part, Dr. Al-Meshari briefed the Latvian Secretary on the capabilities of Saudi economy, and the new development endeavors through the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and National Transformation Program, which will produce great opportunities for Latvian investors.
He also mentioned the robust Saudi business sector and its effective partnerships with various business sectors worldwide, as well as Saudi investments in international markets.
Dr. Al-Meshari reviewed the organizational structure of the Saudi business sector, represented in CSC and 28 Champers of Commerce and Industry across the Kingdom, and expressed the willingness of the Council to assist in any way to enhance economic relations between the two countries.
The two sides agreed on the importance of increasing the number of trade delegations and signing a memorandum of understanding between the CSC and its counterpart in Latvia to enhance trade partnerships between the two countries business sectors.
