Scotland: ten year old boy to obtain a bionic hand in Christmas
(MENAFN) A Scottish boy aged only ten who was born lacking a right hand is receiving a Christmas present which will turn his life around, a bionic hand.
The attempts of the young boy identified as Cameron Millar from Edinburgh in Scotland had been a success after crowdfunding 10,000 euros to obtain a new 3D-printed bionic hand.
Sky News received a moving statement from the young boy saying "I want a bionic hand so that I'm not dragging along behind. Like at school when we're doing a writing activity a lot of people are writing a lot faster than me, so sometimes I need to go back to it the next day or after break or lunchtime."
